25 things before I'm twenty-five
Today, I am twenty-four.
and today I decided to re-start my blog.
This year I managed to do so many things, mentally aiding, life-changing things. It should have been enough to kick-start me into a positive whirlwind. Instead I was at a standstill by October, my duvet and the four walls that surround it became my refuge before the winter blues aided my need to stay at home. For sure, I travelled like no-one else I know, each destination was new and unforgettable and I don't regret leaving my job to experience it all. But every time, I came home to a very slow lifestyle, I haven't managed to do much with my time off - with my photos, my videos, my stories. I'm living such an unproductive life, inspired without motivation.
I'm going to (i hope to) start again this year, one of the best ways is a list right?

25 things before I'm twenty-five
1. Start blogging - travels, experiences, reviews. You've seen so much and learnt many things which should be shared. Think about all the knowledge you now have on travelling, might help a few inspired people just as bloggers helped you.
2. Get a job, wether it be to pass the time or get you 6 months of income in Suffolk. You're going to have to go through the dreaded interview process but you can do it, it won't take you a year this time.
3. Routine - three meals a day and actually see the morning sun please & thank u.
4. On that note - less coca-cola... I know you hate your teeth but you're going to cry when you have none.
5. Learn to cook a meal thats not just shoved in the oven, if you manage to cook a roast dinner yourself before Christmas, WOW.
6. Spend time with mum, she's far from getting old but once you fly the coop it's just her and the cats.
7. Walk more. As a way to get out the house or just exercise - you signed up for gym & swim last October, USE IT. Also park further away from a store or town and enjoy a un-rushed walk.
8. Truly try to live a eco-life.
9. Take a re-usable coffee cup/tote bag/straw with you everywhere.
10. Meat free day every week - Vegan food ain't half as bad as people perceive it, you've always been a salad lover anyways.
11. 10 minutes of creativity everyday - first port of call is learning caligraphy and more exciting writing than just the classic middle school bubble writing. hopefully 10 mins turns to 30, turns to hours.
12. Think about the possibilities of moving to London. The amount of times mum has been informing friends & family of her inevitable heartbreak when you move to the city, she seems to have more knowledge of it than you.
13. Go on a date... buuuuut i'm not holding you to that... signing up for first dates might actually be easier.
14. Techno-break-up. You don't have a human relationship however you are glued to your phone quite a bit. Now we can see how many hours we spend on apps, it's painful numbers but to be honest you've been 7 months unemployed - sorry, i mean 'between jobs' - a lot of time is spent alone, look forward to having a break from the digital world.
15. Learn politics or at least try and gain an opinion on it.
16. After seeing on Hannah Gale's '25 Important Things To Do Before You’re 25' list - #21 - find a shot you can do. Find a preferable spirit you can down in 1 without gagging or having repercussions, like seriously.
17. Start a journal - especially of the world adventures you've been on this year, future libby is going to thank you.
18. Along with creating journals - Make photo albums, make all those great digital pics real because no-one should trust iCloud forever.
19. Career prospects, are you going to be a photographer? designer? traveller? the only person who knows is YOU.
20. Teach Romeo guitar so you can be an awesome aunty who gets him his first one for his birthday and the rockstar nephew is born.
21. Finish decorating your room. You plan to move out but right now you're still living out of boxes for no reason at all. Put those shelves & frames up.
22. Part with childhood memories that have filled the garage. Everything will be so much better once you've de-cluttered and the cool chill out cocktail lounge mum and you planned to have will become reality.
23. Book the Disney & Florida trip you & mum have been dreaming about. In the mean time take her to see NYC.
24. Read some books and complete all the books you started.
25. Believe in yourself. Confidence is key. I'm sure you'll achieve all the things above in one way or another if you start with belief.
